You can find answers to some of the frequently asked questions for online wealth services below. Select whether you want to know more about accessing online wealth services via our online portal or our by using our mobile app from the options below.

Banking Screen
You can request statements from the side menu in the Banking screen. Press the 'Generate statement' button and then visit the Documents section where your statement will be made available.
Transact
You can arrange an FX transfer from within the banking screen. Press the 'Transact' button and select 'Foreign exchange transfer'. Fill in the transfer details and check these, then press 'Confirm'. This service is available between 8am-5pm on UK business days.
You can arrange an internal transfer from within the banking screen. Press the 'Transact' button and select 'Internal transfer'. Fill in your transfer details and check these, then press 'Confirm'. Internal transfers can be made instantly at any time between accounts in the same currency.
Investments screen
You can request a valuation from the side menu in the Investments screen. Press the 'Generate Statement' button and then visit the Documents section where your valuation will be made available within a few minutes.
You cannot see any investment detail as you do not hold any investments with us. If you are interested in holding investments, please contact your private banker or client services for more information.
More Menu
You can manage your passwords and memorable information by selecting account management from the very top of the screen. This will open the account management console where you can amend your security information.
Show/hide nil balance accounts can be accessed either through selecting configure dashboard on the homescreen or by visiting the more screen and selecting 'Configure dashboard'.
There are multiple ways you can contact us, please select an option in the More menu.
